Rohit founded Virtual Team after 25 years of international business leadership, including senior roles at Telstra, one of the world's major telecommunications companies. That experience — managing distributed teams, building accountable operating structures, and delivering consistent outcomes across borders — shapes how every dedicated team is managed here, wherever in the world our clients are based.
His focus is building a genuine layer of management oversight around every offshore hire, so the resource is well supported, well trained, and properly accountable to the business they work for — whether that business is in Sydney, London, or Manchester.

We don't yet have a registered UK entity — engagement terms, billing in GBP, and any UK-specific considerations are agreed upfront so there's no ambiguity before you start.
